So this week I'm getting all the last minute things ready for our baby's arrival and decided I should probably try putting all 3 car seats in the back of the Corolla. I just figured that since we have room for 3 in the back it will accommodate 3 car seats. Wrong. They all fit, however, when I shut the door it slammed into the baby's seat, which jammed it underneath Maddie's seat, which in turn crammed it underneath Abbie's seat. Jammed, slammed, and crammed are not words I had hoped to use to describe how the 3 seats would fit. NOT GOOD.Our Corolla was wonderful. We had it for 5 years and put about 95K miles on it. We drove our babies home from the hospital in it, it got us here to Kansas, we expected Maddie to learn how to drive with it. However, it was time to part ways. We've been thinking about this for some time now - buy new or get a 2nd used mini van. We decided to buy new and trade in the Corolla. We got a SWEET deal - the dealership met OUR terms (gave us our asking price for the trade in, waived all sales tax, and the sticker price was slashed to our liking) and we're sooooo happy with our new baby. The kiddos fit nicely and we have room for one more before needing to upgrade again...

That is a nice looking car. Glad to hear you got it all figured out before the baby came!! Looks like a sweet ride. I am excited to see it.
You sneaky girl! I also thought...what!?!? Did I miss something...lol. I love looking at new vehicles. I will be praying for your healthy baby boy and speedy recovery.

Don't tease me like that. I thought I was going to meet some new handsome guy! But three car seats was the reason we had to get rid of our intripid and got the Yukon XL. Good luck with the induction (I wonder what that's like!) and you gus are in our prayers for a speedy birth and healthy baby.
The girls look so cute on Halloween and Jeremy looks very scary. I was laughing so hard when I read about what happened to your pumpkin. "Destructive yet tidy" is way funny. Logan asked what I was laughing at so I told him, now he wants to smash pumpkins.

Jeremy and Caleb have been talking, and Jeremey found out that you volunteered a plane ride to Aiden. Our husbands think that we share too much of our private lives on our blogs. Haha
We still need to get together though.

We loved our Carola too! They're excellent cars! It's always nice to have enough room for the kiddos, though, huh?? So--congrats on two new arrivals!! :-) What a great time of life!
