Cousins!

The girls have missed ALL of their cousins and couldn't wait to see them again. We spent yesterday having them get reaquainted while Jeremy and I visited with our siblings. We still have more family to visit, but it's been wonderful to see everyone again and to see how much all these kiddos have grown!

My brother's kids, Dylan and Donaven, give Maddie a ride on their "trucktor".

Jeremy's brother, Kelly & his family took us out to a delish dinner at the Alaska Salmon Bake (THANK YOU!!!). It was so good to have some fresh fish again...and of course enjoy their company too! Kelly had to head back to work, so Amber and I took the kids on a walk through Pioneer Park. After all that cake the kids had some energy to burn.

I see you guys made it back to the Great AK!! YaY!!! When are you coming to Anchorage? Mike is excited to see you guys...in particular you husband. Mike got his pilot's license on May 11th. I've gone up with him 3 times...(and chucked 3 times...rofl) The last flight was only 12 minutes...and I didn't chuck then...but twice on the just over an hour flight. So Mike's looking forward to flying with Jeremy. I'm going to email you my phone number. Can't wait to see you!!

When we arrived it was 75 and perfectly beautiful. The last couple days have been overcast and about 60 degrees...cool enough to warrant a jacket and long pants :)

Bailey just loves seeing her picture on your blog. She says it makes her famous. :) Can't wait to see you tomorrow. I realize that before we know it you'll be off again and though Anchorage isn't as far as Kansas, sometimes it feels like it. Oh well, guess we'll be making the drive there a few times this summer. Afterall, you drove the Alcan, we can drive 400 miles for you!

Ina beat me to it ... I think it's crazy that I'm sitting here burning and you're up in Alaska donning jackets. I love how different places can be - awesome!
