Brayton loves to be swaddled and snuggled. I found that at night he'll sleep longer when he's all snug and next to me instead of in his bassinet. I was very reluctant to sleep with Madeline and eased up a bit with Abigail and now Brayton is in our bed most all night...only because I didn't want to get into a bad sleeping habit with them. However, my outlook has changed. They're only little once and I just miss holding such a tiny baby. I'm going to take full advantage of this beautiful opportunity to hold and cuddle our sweet little boy.
Madeline wanted to be sure he had enough toys to keep him company in the swing. She's been such a big helper - getting things as I ask for them and making sure we're all quiet when Brayton's sleeping. She just sat there and watched him swing. What a sweetie.

How precious! So far, I think he looks like Abbie with Maddie's eyes...I'm sure he will change as babies do.
Sarah loved to be all snug too. So much so...that she would put her fuzzy blankets over her face in order to fall asleep when she was just a little one. We were very cautious and kept an eye on her constantly when she slept like that. Sometimes she just would not quiet when she should have been sleeping, so we would put the blanket up against her face and she would drift off to lala land. Oh the things we do. lol...Sounds crazy...but it's true.

Vaughn slept with us too and I thought we'd never get him out of our bed...then we did, and now I miss it. Snuggle while you can, it's a wonderful thing!
He is so precious. I think he looks like Vaughn did when he was born...a lot like the O'Neil side of the family.

He is a cutie and what a sweet little helper Maddie is! In the pic with him in the swing and Maddie watching, you can't hardly see him!! I am so glad that all is going well. Can't wait to meet the little man!
